2PCF-2022 Single-stage Hammer Crusher is a kind of impact crusher. Its main hammerhead beats minerals intensely in upper cavity, so that minerals are crushed by striking anvil and minerals colliding with each other.
Structural Features of Single-stage Hammer Crusher
Main structure of 2PCF-2022 Single-stage Hammer Crusher consists of rotor, anvil, discharging grate, shell, shaft device, driving parts and other components.
Roller is a central part of crusher; it consists of hammer plate, hammer head, main shaft, big pulley, bearing and bearing base. Main shaft adopts high quality alloy material, to meet the needs of crushing large minerals and transmitting torque.
Anvil located just below two rollers, on horizontal center line, is molded by abrasion proof alloy material.
Discharging grate is made up by some grids, and the grate board is made by abrasion proof alloy material.
Shell is made up by lower shell, upper shell, and semi-round sidewall. The whole shell is jointed by steel plate. Abrasion proof scaleboard is installed on inside wall which contacts with minerals.
Upper shell and lower shell are hinged together. When replacing scaleboard, hammer head or other wearing parts, only need to take down jointed bolt of upper and down shell, and make upper shell rotate with hinge by the action of hydraulic cylinder to open it. An extracting hole of hammer shaft on semi-round sidewall and doors on both sides of lower shell are used for taking down discharging grate and for repairman entering to examine and repair.
Driving part is power source of crusher; it consists of small pulley, flywheel, coupling, bearing base, motor base, rack, pull rod and main motor.
