In 1950’s, Shanghai Jianshe Machinery Factory successfully completed the task of processing metallurgy equipments with the special manufacturing techniques in the particular situation, and become a good example in China mechanical industry. In 1989, Shanghai Jianshe Machinery Factory was merged with Luqiao (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. In 1995, the registered capital reached 10 million dollars.
