It is used to process non-abrasion soft materials with high moisture content, suits for wet-method cement factory to dry and scatter filter cake or slurry in the process of wet-grinding and dry-burning. The first PCGR series drying hammer crusher, which is produced by Shanghai construction road & bridge machinery limited company cooperated with Chengdu Design & Research Institute of Building Materials Industry limited company, has been put into use in Guiyang cement factory.

It is used to process non-abrasion soft materials with high moisture content, suits for wet processed cement factory to dry and scatter filter cake or slurry in the process of wet-grinding and dry-burning. The first drying hammer crusher, which is produced by Shanghai construction road & bridge machinery limited company cooperating with Nanijing Cement Industrial Design & Research Institute, has been used in precalciner kiln production line of Zhejiang Jiangshan Cement Co.,Ltd and up to standards at present. PCG series drying hammer crusher’s main features are: 1. main shaft is drived by belt pulley which can store energy, to save energy and reduce power consumption. Besides, it can protect equipment when some false objects such as iron entered crushing cavity. 2. Water circulation cooling system, make rotor fully cooled to assure long time using of bearing.3.heat and abrasion proof material as scale boards in crushing cavity, which can prolong useful time of machine.
