Introduction of Belt Conveyor
This belt conveyor has the features of big transferring quantity, simple structure, easy to maintenance and standard components. It is widely used in mining, metallurgical and coal industry to transfer sandy or lump material, or packaged material. According to different transferring equipment, the transfer system can be one independent conveyor or multi-conveyors or combined with other transfer equipments.
The belt conveyor can be installed horizontally or aslope to meet the needs of different transfer lines. The belt conveyor can be operated in the circumstance temperature range from -20°C to +40°C .The temperature of transferred material by this belt conveyor should be lower than 50°C.
Several Types of Belt Conveyor
1. According to drive method
(1). STDJ series—mechanical drive series
It adopts Cycloidal pin gear reducer of speed (with outdoor motor) and pin gear driving system
(2). STDJ II mechanical drive series
It is side-suspend reducer of speed and belt driving model.
(3). STD series—electrical roller driving series
It is driven directly by electrical roller.
2. According to installation type
(1). Fixed type: installed directly on ground
(2). SDY series—portable series
This kind of belt conveyor is equipped with tyre and adjusting device of transmission angle, and it can be adjusted according to requirements of load and unload operation.
3. According to structure
Our belt conveyor has three structural types: channel steel, frame and supporting framework. Customers should note with or without maintenance walkway when ordering belt conveyor.
